School is Unnecessary

SCHOOL IS UNNECESSARY BECAUSE:
MUSIC: We have YouTube for that.
P.E: I have a Wii.
SPANISH: I'll watch Dora.
ENGLISH: Everything is shortened anyway. (LOL, BRB, IDK)
MATH: That’s why we have calculators.
GEOGRAPHY: I’ll buy a globe.
HISTORY: They’re all dead anyway.

Who's with me?! :)

IT SNOWED!!!!!!

Today is seriously the best day of my life. First of all, there's no school and I get to play in the snow all day! I love snow days!!!

Snow

Tonight I'm flushing an ice cube down the toilet, wearing my pajamas inside out, doing the snow dance and putting a spoon under my pillow! Apparently, if i do this it will snow overnight and it will be a snow day... I hope it works! :)

Sorry I haven't been posting for like five months.  I'm going to try to do better and post some pictures of Christmas. :)

Dinner

Waffles, hand picked raspberries and blueberries, homemade raspberry syrup and homemade whipped cream with sausage and a hash brown on the side.  Yum!!!

Gaynors

This last week, my cousins from Chicago came to visit.  We did so many fun things, that it is hard to list all of them!!
We went to the beach for the day.

Got ice cream in a town right by the beach.

Swam in the pool.

Went shopping at Nike.

Dad and Uncle Jim played softball one night.  Dad's team needed an extra player so he played.

Played a GAZILLION games of bad mitten.

Went berry picking.

Cousins met the other cousins.

Happy Fourth of July!!!

We went to a parade and the people in the parade threw us all this stuff!!:)

Basketball Game

This week Monday through Thursday, I had basketball camp for three hours every morning. It was really cool because it was only girls and some I had played during basketball season. There were even girls on my basketball team there.
Throughout the week, we played 16 minute games. Then at the end of the week, there would be a championship game. My team was AWESOME!!! I had my buddy Payton on my team! We only lost one game and won the championship game. I won the award of Player of The Game twice!

Field Day

The Friday before school ended, we had Field Day. At school, Field Day is the event that kids look forward to the whole school yaer. It is when the P.E. teacher and the tech teacher set up a bunch of outdoor and indoor games. At different times, two or more grades go out and play the games. You get 1 token for each game you play. With the tokens, you can buy snacks.
For three hours, I volunteered to help run the games. It was very long. But at the end of the day, it was finally time for the fifth graders to have fun.

I got my Ears Pierced!!!

Over the weekend when my grandma was here, my aunt and mom surprised Emily, Maddie and I. They said we could get our ears pierced!!!

Me and my pierced ears. :)

5th Grade Play

On Thursday night, the 5th graders put on a play about immigrants in the late 1800's for our parents and teachers. Wednesday was the Dress Rehearsal in front of the whole school. It was written and directed by our school's music teacher, so it had songs, instruments, and speaking parts. I had a dancing, acting, and speaking part.

My friends Anna and Payton with me after the play in our costumes in our classroom.

Over the Weekend

A few weeks ago, part of our fence fell down by the wind.We have been waiting for a sunny weekend to fix it up. Finally, this weekend was nice enough to fix it. The neighbor came over to help Dad with measurements and digging. I got to help with the cement part!!

Bye Bye Grand Piano!

Today was our last day borrowing the Kubiak's piano. They remolded their house and needed somewhere to put it...so they let us borrow it. We have had it for about two months now, and I'm really sad to give it back. It sounds sooo much better than our keyboard, but at least we got to have it for a little bit!

Easter

Easter started off with an egg hunt from the Easter Bunny. Dad had to wake me up because Max and Emily were so eager to go hunting for the eggs. Then we got ready to go to church. It was "Sunday Fun Day", so there was a bunch of different crafts and games that had to do with Easter. After church, we all went to Tom's Pancake House for lunch. The rest of the afternoon was relaxing. Emily and I decorated the kitchen with streamers, a sign, and window writing. The kids even decided to make dessert. We all had a wonderful Easter, and I hope you did too!!

Dinner Made by Me and Dad

Today, Dad and I made dinner together. We made egg rolls and terriyaki. I got to choose what to make, so I made my favorite meal. We don't have egg rolls very often because they are not the healthiest food around. Even if they aren't so good for you, they're still delicious!!!

They're Here!!!

Our cousins just got back from Hawaii and we finally got to see them. They came over to our house to watch basketball games on T.V. (mostly the parents) and play. The older girls- Me, Maddie, and Emily- created an Easter egg scavenger hunt for Max and Peyton. I did one for Maddie too. I can't wait until they come over again!

Me

This is me. My Grandma gave me the nickname, Moe Moe, when my little brother couldn't say Morgan.
